Hope you’re staying cozy as we dive deeper into fall! I am missing pumpkins up north…only to discover a farm down here that has pumpkins for sale! Hubs and I hung out with my son and his beautiful family on Sunday. (It was 85 degrees. I am missing the crunch of leaves!)

I was a girl on the go last week. Sort of like this munchkin, with her travel bag and sporty glasses.
I signed up and attended a conference for film producers, screenwriters and other film makers in Orlando. (Why? Well…stay tuned. )
Except, I did a silly thing.
It’s officially Friday, which means I’m about to do something my Minnesota upbringing is demanding—I’m making Creamy White Chicken Chili (thanks, Half Baked Harvest!)
Truth is, I’m in desperate need of sweater weather vibes. Never mind that it’s still 85 degrees outside and the palm trees aren’t turning lovely shades of yellow,

I know it’s been a hot minute since we last chatted – mostly because after the Great Flood of our Northern Home, we spend the week packing all our belonging…
And then we got into the car and headed south…
And arrived in Iowa in time to read stories to this cutie…
