So last week I was going to share this adorable picture of Jojo sitting at her keyboard, all cozy and creative, but my computer decided to freeze up on me. Just… completely locked. Wouldn’t budge.
Not unlike most of you guys up north right now, am I right?
But you know what?
I know all you in the north are freezing, and my thoughts are with you. It’s a balmy 65 in Florida today, so we’re not super hot, but in comparison…anyway, after living in Minnesota AND Siberia, my heart is with you.

So, apparently, we got snow up in the northland because our contractor texted me and said…um, do you have a snowplowing service? Apparently the people installing our baseboards and painting encountered this. (actually, not our house, but you get the point. )
In the meantime, I was trying for some festive holiday charm down in Florida…
But fear not,
Hope you had a beautiful weekend! Hubs and our grandson had a epic playdate at a classic car show this weekend.
I decided this might be my new ride.
We then went to Lowes. Because that’s what you do on a Guy Playdate. Apparently, it’s time for Christmas!

Just a quick note today – I’m currently trapped in a blizzard with these two people are aren’t handling it very well, honestly. Feels like they might be a wee bit stressed about spending time with the One Who Broke Their Hearts.

What I DON’T love is the JET LAG from Australia. Holy Cannoli, it’s been four days and I’m either waking up at 3 AM, wide awake and ready to work…

I was up north at my writing cabin/AirBnB, where it was raining and cold. (But my cute little maple tree is shooting out red leaves for all it’s worth!)
And hubs was doing this. (He’s so handy!)
Meanwhile the drywall guy was painting our ceilings (pictures on their way!) and Ii was reading/editing a book.
