As I’m sure you know by now, Susie is off in her happy place: Traveling the world with her Hubs while eating gyros and ice cream.
And while Susie is off in her happy place, I’m in mine:

Can you believe summer is almost over? (insert crying here!) We celebrated last week with this gorgeous charcuterie board! Just in time for me to trade that in for the ULTIMATE charcuterie board—Greece! (Which is where I am right now!)
Hubs and I are off with some dear friends on an incredible Mediterranean getaway.
Imma be honest.
It just doesn’t feel right for the world to keep plodding on with so much suffering going on right now. Terrible flooding, loss of life in the south, after Hurricane Helene. Our troops deploying to the Middle East (not to mention the suffering there, and in other countries).
Anyway,
You know, every time I come to house-sit/dog-sit for Susie, it seems that I get caught up in a whirlwind of craziness:

Happy Friday! Susie and Andrew have had quite the week in Australia.
But as I looked through all the lovely pictures from their adventures, I realized they were all missing one important thing….me.
After all, I am Susie’s assistant. I should go where she goes.
…So I fixed them.
As you can see….
We’re very excited today!

That’s right, it’s another exciting Sarah and Spoopy newsletter takeover! Right now, Susie is flying across the ocean, ready to touch down in the Land Down Under and she’s already having a blast…the kind of fun you wouldn’t catch me having in a million years…
