A day off and some honesty…

Rel Mollet Books, Family, Uncategorized

Hope you had a beautiful weekend! Hubs and our grandson had a epic playdate at a classic car show this weekend.

I decided this might be my new ride.

We then went to Lowes. Because that’s what you do on a Guy Playdate. Apparently, it’s time for Christmas!

And, I couldn’t agree more! I hope you were able to nab One Last Storm when it released on Friday! (it’s available on all retailers and Amazon!)

It landed #1 for a while there on Amazon—so thank you!

And, I so appreciated this kind review!

(I agree!)

So, now to the honest part. If you read the book, you know that this sets up the team for the next chapter of their rescue lives—a k9 series called Call of the Wild. Book one, Track of Courage, features Dawson Mulligan, and comes out in January.

Unlike Alaska Air One Rescue, which I published in partnership with Revell (I love working with them!) this book is completely in their capable hands. Which means that they’re in charge of cover and distribution all the lovely details about getting a novel out to you, my amazing readers.

Which means that they also set the pricing. I’ve received a few emails from you about the very high price of this novel. Yep, I know. 😊 It’s their choice on how they want to price the books, and I know that right now, if you buy it through the Baker Bookstore you can get a 40% discount. I am aware that the ebook price is quite high—my only solution is to get the paperback through Baker and get the discount. (They don’t offer an ebook option).

I don’t know if the eBook price will go down—my thought is…eventually. But for now, this is the cheapest alternative. And I promise, the story is worth it. 😊

Thank you for reading! And for enjoying One Last Storm.

Have a beautiful, autumn week!!

Warmly,

P.S. If you’re in the mood for another Christmas read, can I suggest…Meet me at the Christmas Cottage?

Writer Bronte Parker escapes to a remote island cottage for peace and quiet to cure her writer’s block—only to find it’s been double-booked with Army surgeon Jonah White, who’s home for the holidays. When a record-breaking blizzard traps them together, Jonah decides to cure her block by giving foster-kid Bronte her first real Christmas. As he sweeps her into the island’s festive magic, a new story awakens within her—one that might include her own happily-ever-after. But when the storm clears and duty calls, will their holiday romance survive reality?

A snowed-in romance about an unexpected hero and taking a chance on love.

I think you’ll love it!!
