I’m still working on a new book, so this is just a quick Friday note, with a few happy things.
1. This shot of my flower bed. I nearly pulled all those yellow primroses this spring because they’d spread so much I thought they were weeds! Goes to show you that patience is a good thing…

2. This happy review from Goodreads about Don’t Cross the Blue Line. Both Sarah and I were super blessed by these words. (Actually, we first found it on IG – click HERE to read it there) It’s true—I pick a hymn for every series, and a verse from that hymn for every novel I’ve written (starting way back with the Christiansen family!) Thank you for this kind review (and pick up Don’t Cross the Blue Line at the preorder price until Tuesday!)

Tonight’s dinner is Lobster rolls, grilled corn on the cob, ceasar salad, with a whipped brie and blueberry appie and blueberry cobbler for dessert. ![]()
Have I mentioned I love Fridays?
Have a happy, beautiful weekend!
