So Andrew and I snuck off to Iowa for the weekend to see his family, hang out with Jojo and the gang and then…came home feeling punky. You know the feeling. A little sick, the kind that requires a sofa, a blanket, and zero ambition.
Which is how we ended up watching The Sheep Detectives.

I don’t know what I expected from a movie about sheep solving crimes (I did not expect much), but this thing was SO stinking cute, and—Huge Ackman is in it. (Hugh Jackman, but iykyk) And somewhere between the sheep and the mystery there were these genuinely lovely spiritual metaphors that snuck up on me and got me right in the heart. If you need something to make you feel happy this week, this is the one.
You’re welcome. ![]()
Anyhooo. I did not actually gather you here to talk about sheep.
SHADOW releases TODAY.![]()
Book 7 in the Renegade Heroes series! (But yes, you can read it as a stand alone.)
Former Marshall, now private security contractor, Daphne Cross has never lost a witness. She as a perfect record and one rule: trust no one. It’s kept her alive. It’s also kept her alone.
Asher Morrison has spent eighteen months undercover as a corrupt FBI agent—lying to everyone, becoming the monster he’s hunting—all to bring down the Syndicate that murdered his sister.
And then—(because I am not a kind author)—I make them pose as husband and wife.
Fake marriage. Real sparks. A woman who trusts no one, and a man whose entire job is deception. Good men are worth fighting for—but is he good? I think you’ll like this one. ![]()

And if that leaves you wanting more trouble: WEST is waiting in the Susan May Warren store.
The President’s daughter ditches her security detail to attend Ford and Scarlett’s wedding, hoping for one weekend of normal in Key West (worst decision ever.) Then the wedding turns into a war zone, Alan Martin makes his move, and the only person who can keep her alive is a cocky ex-Marine in a Hawaiian shirt. The hunt ends here.
Grab it now at the preorder/launch price (or preorder on Amazon!)
