You getting hungry yet? I keep opening up my email to yet another delicious looking casserole to make for Thanksgiving.
Alas, Thanksgiving is going to look a little different this year for us. We’re not traveling, and no one is traveling to us. With our house still being repaired, we’re in Florida for T-day, (where is my snoooooowwwww?? 
) However, we are making a delicious Friday night dinner for my son and his family.
But we’re not having Turkey. We’re having….HAM.
Mostly because my son loves ham. The good news is that paired perfectly with ham is this scalloped sweet potato recipe, which is one of our family favorites. (it has gruyere cheese in it…and it’s fabulous).

I’m telling you this early because the shopping is getting crazy out there. And, I like to pre-make foods so I’m not equally as crazy on that day. (Although this year, I think hubs and I will be tiling the bathroom – *see Tuesday’s note.)
