What I came back to…

Rel Mollet Books, Current Affairs

Can you believe it’s already August? Where did July go??

Oh. I know…It was lost here, in the JUNGLE OF MY GARDEN.

Yeah, I came back from Italy, filled with wine, pasta and brioche to discover that my garden had become the Congo.

Thankfully, the mowing service hadn’t taken a jaunt to Europe, but hello, where did the rabbits go? (oh, right, they only like the flowers that actually cost money.)

I spent a week with my machete (and some local garden guys), hacking it all down and replanting, as well as putting together what I call the grown up swingset of my porch.

Now, I’m finally happy to be back. But that’s how it is when you travel, right? For the first couple days, while you’re away, you carry your work into your vacation. And then, as you tour castles and eat gelato, your real life drifts away and suddenly you’re a European Traveler who summers in the south of France, or on the shores of Palermo, and the last thing you’re thinking about are the ravenous weeds, eating up your precious soil.

Sort of like when you’re immersed in a fabulous book, right? I love diving in, the world vanishing around me, and who cares about the garden or dishes or even eating (“just open the fridge and find something, willya?”). All you want is to find out if RJ and YORK survive their crazy adventure and get their happy ending!

You’ll find the answer in my upcoming Fast-Release Trilogy, the Epic Story of RJ and York. All three books release, one week after another, in print and ebook, in August (9, 16,23), and the AUDIO releases along with it! (You’re going to LOVE the narrator! He has an amazing voice!)

Right now, the books are STILL on preorder—50% off!! ($3.99 each.) But they’ll be going up to their standard price of $7.99 on the day of release, so don’t miss the preorder sale!

Oh, but Susie May, I don’t know RJ and York—

What? Oh dear. Let’s fix that…

RIGHT NOW, THIS WEEK, the entire Montana Marshall series is ON SALEStarting at $1.99 today and jumping in price every subsequent day. SO, the earlier you jump on this, the more you save!

Please, however, I beg you, do NOT start the series with RJ (book 5). Because then you’ll miss out on how they meet in book 3, FORD, and for SURE you’ll miss meeting TATE in book 1 and 2 (that’s a little hint about what’s waiting for you in this trilogy).

It’s not too late to have an epic summer. Start with the Montana Marshalls, and end with the Epic Story of RJ and York. (I’ll send you the number of my garden guys.)

Thank you for reading! I’m off to swing in my porch…and read a great book. Weeds? What weeds?

XO!

Susie May

P.S. If you’re looking for OTHER great reads (after you finish the epic Trilogy, of course), can I recommend one of my favorite new authors? Tammy L. Gray has been around for a bit, and her stories just get better and better. Here’s her latest, (dontchya just love the cover?) Enjoy!!
